In 1979, Mr Garnier was a pioneer in fruit coulis in France. Fruit lover, his ambition was to preserve the organoleptic qualities of fresh fruits. He, thus, developed a unique and innovative technology : the cold-candying technique.
Mr Garnier travelled all over France thanks to the truck he had set up to show his products to French industrialists and chefs. Garnier’s know-how was quickly acknowledged and the products were exported to Europe and as far as Asia in the 90s.
For more than 10 years, Gelpass Group has been perpetuating the Garnier know-how and is constantly developing to better satisfy the needs of its customers worldwide.
