“The cold candying process“
The cold candying process is a unique manufacturing technique that enables to candy the fruit without heat treatment. The phenomenon of osmosis occurs in our candying churns thanks to an innovative process. Without any heat, the fruit is not denatured and keeps all its freshness, its aromatic power and its natural colour.
We work every day to perpetuate this know-how by using ultra-modern equipment in a process of continuous improvement. Thus, in 2018, we have invested in 2 new candying churns, guaranteeing shorter candying times and a more efficient process.
Research and development
Our R&D team works every day to guarantee you the best solutions for your projects, in particular through the development of our range towards 100% Clean Label. In addition, we are extending the range towards organic with already two references : organic Lemon and organic Orange Perlés®.
